Have you ever had one of those days when nothing goes right? When you wish there was some kind of a good sign that things were about to turn around for you? A little something to remind you to smile and look on the bright side? Four years ago, in 2010, my new friends Kevin and Eric decided to start a movement to provide these all-important good signs-- daily-- to people around the world. |
Today, thousands of people on six continents carry, wear, and share Good Signs, encouraging and empowering their community, reminding others to be happy, hopeful, and ultimately provide a catalyst for the positive changes they wished to make in their lives. We have created an inspirational icon, empowered it with a worldwide, passionate volunteer force, and will utilize it to shine positive light on the difference-makers who contribute to a better tomorrow. We believe the quickest way to change the world, is to recognize and support those who already are." - Kevin, Co-Founder, Team Good Sign
If you've ever been uplifted by a stranger's smile, a stray penny on a sidewalk or a rainbow appearing on a cloudy day, the Good Sign movement gives you the ability to be that bright spot in someone else's day.
People carry Good Signs because of the way it once made them feel, the amazing people it attracts to them, and their desire and ability to pay that positive energy forward to someone whose life may very well depend on it."
Join the movement on Twitter, follow it on Facebook, or if you're able, donate to their Kickstarter to get some cool, limited edition Good Sign merchandise to help you spread the cheer! Then, get out there and start showing your Good Sign.
Hold one at a street corner-- hang one outside a high school. Find ways to show the world that the good signs are all around us!
Have you seen a good sign? Have you been a good sign yourself? I hope you'll get involved, and then come back here and share your experience to help inspire others!
